Onsite technology support for computers purchased from the NC State Bookstores is available through our partnership with the Office of Technology
at the Walk-in-Center (WIC). The WIC also offers warranty and hardware repair for computers
purchased from the NC State Bookstores.
*Any hardware orders are custom ordered for each customer. Please allow 10 business days to 4 weeks for delivery, subject to the manufacturers lead-time.
*Shipping for computers: The shipping price for all orders containing a computer will be over-ridden to a $40.00 flat fee.
